Event Day Details

We’re less than two weeks out from Eagles Autism Challenge Weekend! As such, we wanted to share some important event details regarding event weekend on May 20-21, so you can prepare for a great experience!

Friday – All participants should park in K Lot and Enter through Xfinity

  • Packet pick-up opens on Pepsi Plaza: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Kick Off Party in the Hyundai Club 5:00 pm
  • Philadelphia Orchestra in the Tork Club 6:00 pm


Orchestra Concert – In celebration of our milestone of five years, we are hosting a sensory friendly concert in partnership with the Philadelphia Orchestra.

  • The sensory friendly orchestra performance will be held in the Tork Club from 6:00 pm-6:45 pm
  • As an EAC participant please register to reserve your spot using the following link. Registration is free.
  • You will be provided a wristband to allow access between the Orchestra Event (Tork Club) and the Kickoff Party (Hyundai Club).
  • If you are attending both, please park in K Lot.


Saturday – All participants should park in K Lot and enter Xfinity Gate for registration or to Lincoln Financial Way (if already checked in)

  • Packet pick-up opens on Pepsi Plaza: 5:45 am – 9:00am
  • Breakfast Pepsi Plaza: 5:45am – 9:00am
  • Wawa Classic 50-Mile cyclists report to starting line: 6:10 am
  • Wawa Classic 50-Mile Ride: 6:30 am
  • Wawa Shorti 30-Mile cyclists report to starting line: 6:55 am
  • Wawa Shorti 30-Mile Ride: 7:15 am
  • Wawa Junior 10-Mile Ride cyclists report to starting line: 7:40 am
  • Wawa Junior 10-Mile Ride: 8:00 am
  • FreedomPay 5k runners report to starting line: 8:10 am
  • FreedomPay 5k walkers report to starting line: 8:15 am
  • FreedomPay 5k Run/Walk: 8:30 am
  • Food and beverage service begins on Concourse Level: 8:30 am
  • Post-race celebration begins on the field at 8:30am
  • Sensory Walk: 9:00 am
  • Awards Ceremony: 11:00 am


Packet Pick-Up Information

  • Packet pick-up opens on Friday at 12 pm under the Miller Tent on Pepsi Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field – enter through Xfinity Gate. Free parking is available in the K Lot. Pick-up times are as follows:
  • Friday: 12 pm – 8:30 pm
  • Saturday: 5:45 am – 9 am (Packets must be picked up one (1) hour prior to your start time.)
  • Team captains are permitted to pick up packets for their team members, but please be advised that this will require checking in each individual and picking up his or her cycling jersey/5k shirt (as applicable), and gift bag. If you plan on picking up packets for your team, you must provide notice by 5pm on Tuesday, May 10th by emailing nkelly@eagles.nfl.com.  You must show a photo ID.
  • For Pick-up, please go to the Team Check-In line in the Miller Tent on Pepsi Plaza.
  • Credentials are non-transferable.
  • Secure bike storage will be available on Pepsi Plaza throughout check-in and overnight on Friday for your convenience.


Child Registration

  • Children ages 12 or younger must be signed up in advance and accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian.
  • The child registration fee is $25and includes a t-shirt, medal, and access to the Friday Night Kickoff Party and Finish Line Celebration.
  • There is no fundraising minimum for registered children twelve and under, though we encourage and appreciate any additional support.
  • Strollers are welcome!


Guest Passes

  • Participants will have the opportunity to have one guest attend the Friday Night Kickoff Party and two attend Saturday’s Finish Line Celebration presented by our Official Partners.
  • Guest passes may be purchased at the remote ticket bunker from 12-8:30 pm on Friday or 5:45-10 am on Saturday. Passes are $10 per person for adults and children ages 13 and up who are not participating in the event. Children ages 12 and under are free.
  • Guests will be required to provide the name of the registered participant they are with in order to purchase a pass.
  • Please note, guests are not permitted access to the Player Oasis during the Finish Line Celebration, as those areas are reserved for participants only.
  • Friday Night Kickoff Guest Passes
  • Adults (Ages 13 and Older): $10 – Limit one per participant
  • Children (Ages 12 and Younger): Free – Limit four per participant
  • Saturday Finish Line Celebration Guest Passes
  • Adults (Ages 13 and Older): $10 – Limit two per participant
  • Children (Ages 12 and Younger): Free – Limit four per participant

The fundraising deadline is May 31, 2022. Any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file after that date.
