Event Day Timeline

2024 Eagles Autism Challenge Weekend is almost here! As such, we wanted to share some important event details regarding event weekend on May 17-18, so you can prepare for a great experience!

Event Schedule

Friday, May 17thAll participants should park in K Lot and enter through Xfinity Gate

  • 9:00 a.m. – Miller Tent opens for pre-order and team captain packet pickup
  • 12:00 p.m. – Miller Tent opens for participant packet pickup
  • 5:00 p.m. – Friday Night Kick-Off Party begins in Hyundai Club
  • 8:00 p.m. – Friday Night Kick-Off Party ends

 

Saturday, May 18th – All participants should park in K and enter through Xfinity Gate for packet pickup, or head to Lincoln Financial Way (if already check-in)

  • 6:00 a.m. – K-Lot opens (entry through Xfinity Gate) and Miller Tent opens for participant packet pickup
  • 6:55 a.m. – Wawa Classic 30- Mile cyclists report to starting line
  • 7:15 a.m. – Wawa Classic 30-Mile Ride
  • 7:40 a.m. – Wawa Shorti and Junior 10-Mile cyclists report to starting line
  • 8:00 a.m. – Wawa Shorti and Junior 10-Mile Ride
  • 8:10 a.m. – FreedomPay 5K runners report to starting line
  • 8:15 a.m. – FreedomPay 5K walkers report to starting line
  • 8:30 a.m. – FreedomPay 5K Run/Walk
  • 8:30 a.m. – Food and beverage service begins on concourse level
  • 9:00 a.m. – West Sensory Walk
  • 11:00 a.m. – Program & Recognition

 

All routes will finish on Lincoln Financial Field for the Finish Line Celebration, co-presented by West, the Sustainability Partner of the Finish Line Celebration.

 

Packet Pick-Up Information

Packet pick-up for all 2024 Eagles Autism Challenge participants opens on Friday, May 17th at 12:00 p.m. under the Miller Tent on Pepsi Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field. Free parking will be available in the K- Lot. Pick-up times are as follows:

Friday, May 17th: 

  • 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Miller Tent is open for pre-ordered team packet pick-up
  • 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Miller Tent is open for all participant packet pick-up

 

Saturday, May 18th:

  • 6:00 a.m. to  9:00 a.m. – Miller Tent is open for all participant packet pick-up (packets must be picked up one (1) hour prior to your start time)

 

Team captains who do not request entire team pickup are permitted to pick up packets for their team members, but please be advised that this will require checking in each individual and picking up their cycling jersey/participant shirt (as applicable), gift bag, and bib.

Credentials are non-transferable.

Secure bike storage will be available on Pepsi Plaza throughout check-in and overnight on Friday for your convenience.

 

Child Registration

  • Children ages 12 or under must be registered in advance and accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian. Please note, there is a limit to four (4) children per registered adult.
  • The child registration fee is $25 and includes a t-shirt, medal, and access to the Friday Night Kickoff Party and Finish Line Celebration co-presented by West, the Sustainability Partner of the Finish Line Celebration.
  • There is no fundraising minimum for registered children ages 12 and under, though we encourage and appreciate any additional support.
  • Strollers are welcome!

 

Guest Passes

Registered participants with fundraising minimums (registered participants ages 13 and up) will have the opportunity to have one guest attend the Friday Night Kickoff Party and two attend Saturday’s Finish Line Celebration co-presented by West, the Sustainability Partner of the Finish Line Celebration.

Guest passes may be purchased inside the Miller Tent from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17th or from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18th. Passes are $10 per person for adults and children ages 13 and up who are not participating in the event. Children ages 12 and under are free.

Guests will be required to provide the name of the registered participant they are with in order to purchase a pass. Please note, guests are not permitted access to the player oasis during the finish line celebration, as those areas are reserved for participants only.

Friday Night Kickoff Guest Passes

  • Adults (Ages 13 and Older): $10 – Limit one per participant
  • Children (Ages 12 and Younger): Free – Limit four per participant

 

Saturday Finish Line Celebration Guest Passes

  • Adults (Ages 13 and Older): $10 – Limit two per participant
  • Children (Ages 12 and Younger): Free – Limit four per participant

Fundraising

The fundraising deadline is Friday, May 31, 2024. Any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file after that date.
