Event Day Timeline

Event Travel Advisory: Guests attending the Eagles Autism Challenge on Saturday, May 9 should plan ahead for traffic, parking, and nearby Sports Complex events.

Parking:
Prior to road closures, parking will be available in Lots A, F (off Broad Street), K, M, N, and O. After road closures begin, parking will be limited to Lots M, N, and O. Parking lots open at 5:30 AM. Once the I-95 ramps to Broad Street close, guests should use the Packer Avenue Exit to access parking.

Alternate Routes:
I-95 Southbound: Use Exit 20 / Columbus Boulevard.
I-95 Northbound: Use Exit 13 / Penrose Avenue / Platt Bridge.

Wawa Hoagie 10-Mile Full Road Closure:
We are thrilled to host a fully closed cycling course for the 2026 Eagles Autism Challenge. Please note that this will result in various road closures on the morning of Saturday, May 9, 2026.

Key Timing:
Road Closures Begin: 7:00 AM
Wawa Hoagie 10-Mile Ride Begins: 8:00 AM
Road Closures End: 10:00 AM

Roads will reopen on a rolling basis as cyclists and 5K participants finish the course.

I-95 Travel Advisory:
The Front Street / Packer Avenue Exit (Exit 19) will reopen to traffic beginning at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 8, and will remain open through 5:00 AM on Monday, May 11.

Eagles Autism Challenge Weekend is almost here! As such, we wanted to share some important event day timeline details regarding event weekend on May 8-9, so you can prepare for a great experience!

Event Schedule


Friday, May 8th – All participants should park in K Lot and enter toward the Miller Tent on Pepsi Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field. Parking is first come, first served.
(Once capacity is reached, guests must park in nearby lots and pay posted rates.)

  • 9:00 a.m. – Miller Tent opens for pre-registered team captain packet pick-up ONLY
  • 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Participant packet pickup
  • 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Friday Night Kick-Off Party


Saturday, May 9th – Park in K Lot and enter toward the Miller Tent for packet pickup, or proceed to Lincoln Financial Way if already checked in.

All parking is FREE

*Start times are subject to change. Please arrive early.

  • 6:00 a.m. – K Lot opens (Xfinity Gate); packet pickup + continental breakfast in Headhouse Plaza
  • 7:00 a.m. – Full road closure for Wawa Hoagie 10-Mile ride begins, alternate routes in effect.
  • 7:40 a.m. – Wawa Hoagie 10-Mile cyclists report
  • 8:00 a.m. – Bike Ride begins
  • 8:10 a.m. – 5K runners report
  • 8:15 a.m. – 5K walkers report
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5K Run/Walk + food & beverage begins
  • 9:00 a.m. – West Sensory Walk
  • 11:00 a.m. – Program & Recognition

 

All routes finish on Pepsi Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field for the Finish Line Celebration, co-presented by West.

Packet Pick-Up Information

Important Reminders:

Pre-registered Team captain packet pick-up will be start on Friday, May 8th at 9:00 a.m. in the Miller Tent

Team captain pickup (9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) is Friday only. Friday pickup is strongly encouraged.

General packet pick-up is available from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 8th at 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Friday, May 8th:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Team captain pickup
  • 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – All participant pickup

 

Saturday, May 9th:

  • 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – Participant pickup (1 hour before start required)
  • Please arrive early if picking up on event day
  • Team captains may pick up for members (individual check-in required)
  • Credentials are non-transferable
  • Secure bike storage available on Pepsi Plaza (including overnight Friday)

Child Registration

  • Children 12 and under must be registered with a parent/guardian (limit 4 per adult)
  • $25 includes t-shirt, medal, and event access
  • No fundraising minimum for children
  • Strollers and accommodations welcome

General Admission Guest Passes

  • Available online April 22 – May 6
  • Not available for purchase on-site
  • Pick-up at Will Call (Xfinity Gate)
  • Access to Finish Line Celebration only
  • No race participation or Player Oasis access
  • Guests must remain in designated areas
