Event Details

As we approach event weekend, we wanted to share the following details about our Kick-Off Party on Friday, May 15th and the actual event on Saturday, May 16th:

Event Day Start Times and Timeline:

Head House Plaza Opens for Packet Pick-up and Continental Breakfast: 5:30 AM
Wawa Classic 50-Mile Ride: 6:30 AM
Wawa Shorti 30-Mile Ride: 7:30 AM
Wawa Junior 10-Mile Ride: 8:45 AM
five Below 5K Run/Walk: 9:00 AM
five Below Sensory Walk: 9:30 AM
Field Activities Open: 9:30 AM
Food and Beverage Service Opens on Concourse Level: 10:00 AM
Awards Ceremony: 11:30 AM

Packet Pick-Up:

Located in the Miller tent on Head House Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field
Free parking will be available in the K Lot off of 11th Street during these times.
You can pick up your packet during the following times:
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Including during Kick-off Party beginning at 5:30 PM)
  • Saturday Morning: 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM
    • Please arrive an hour and a half before your start time. All participants should be ready to go 30 minutes before their start time
You MUST show a photo ID to receive your packet
Credentials are non-transferable

Children under 12 participating in the 5K or Sensory Walk:

Children ages 3 to 12 must be registered by a participating parent or legal guardian in advance through the website; the fee is $25.00 and includes a T-shirt, medal, Friday Night Kick-Off Party and Saturday Finish Line Celebration; there is no fundraising minimum for this age group.
Children under 3 are free of charge; does not include T-shirt and medal.
Strollers are welcomed.

Tickets for guests:

Each participant will have the opportunity to purchase one (1) ticket for the Friday Night Kick-Off Party, and two (2) tickets for the Saturday Finish Line Celebration; this does not apply to children in the 3 to 12 age group since they do not have fundraising minimums.
Tickets will be $10.00 each and will be in the form of a general admission wristband.
These may be purchased at the ticket box office before and during the Friday Night Kick-Off Party (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM) or on Saturday morning (6:00 – 11:00 AM).
Guests will not be permitted into the Player Oasis or Massage Tent during the Finish Line Celebration as those areas are for participants ONLY.
If your guests will be buying these tickets on their own, they will be asked to provide your name.
Non-participating guests ages 12 and under are free of charge and will be given a general admission wristband.


The deadline for reaching fundraising minimums is Friday, May 29th at 11:59 PM. Any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file after that date.
Checks can be sent to the Eagles Autism Challenge offices at One NovaCare Way Philadelphia, PA 19145, with a donation form.
