Be A Participant
Registration fee includes:
– Access to Friday Kick-Off Party and Saturday Finish Line Celebration at Lincoln Financial Field on the field
– 5k T-Shirt or Cycling Jersey (as applicable)
– Finisher’s medal
– Gift Bag (only registered fundraising participants)
*Please note only registered, fundraising participants (participants ages 13+) will receive a complimentary gift bag.
*Participants that register for the 10-Mile Wawa bike ride will receive the cycling jersey.
Participants ages 3 to 12 may participate in the FreedomPay 5K Walk/Run or West Sensory Walk with no minimum fundraising requirement and a reduced registration fee of $25. A youth T-shirt and medal will be provided. There is no charge for children under 3, however, they will not receive a medal or t-shirt.
Note: All fundraising is due May 31, 2027. After that date, you will be responsible for your remaining fundraising balance.

Workplace Matching Gifts
This is a great way to increase the power of your donations. Some companies have policies in place to match employees’ giving.
Check with your employer or ask your donors to check to see if they have access to a matching gifts program. Matching gifts can take 3-9 months to process. Please allow enough time for employers to send a check before the fundraising deadline.
Do not solely rely on matching gifts to hit your minimum fundraising requirement. You may have no control on when a company sends the check.
